Iryna Pylypchuk
Director of Research and Market Information, INREV, The Netherlands
Iryna Pylypchuk joined INREV as director of research and market Information in September 2020 and brings nearly two decades of investment research experience. Iryna was most recently senior market analyst at Fidelity International, where she spent over four years overseeing market research for the core European and UK markets, developing new strands of analysis for each region to enhance the investment process and inform strategy. Prior to this, Pylypchuk spent over a decade as director of EMEA and subsequently of global research at CBRE.
Iryna will be responsible for maintaining the quality and seamless delivery of INREV’s research and market insights, with the aim of enhancing transparency for investors across Europe and the world. She will also play an important role in expanding the breadth and synergy of products and capitalizing on INREV’s digital infrastructure to enhance members’ access to research and market insights.
Iryna holds a BA Honours degree in Business Studies from Middlesex University Business School, London, as well as a BA degree in International Economics from Ternopil Academy of National Economy, Ukraine.
