Felix Bauer

Felix is a chartered European engineer and a member of the Bauer family, which has been developing residential and retail buildings throughout Germany for almost a century. Following graduation with an MSc at Newcastle University, Felix worked in London for almost a decade in oil & gas consulting, procurement, real estate development and investment; constructing London’s first rusted steel clad student housing building on Farringdon Road, a highly innovative mixed use residential commercial project. On moving to Luxembourg, Felix co-founded Germany’s largest student housing fund, and in parallel with the above, has extensive experience in German real estate investment and Luxembourg fund structures over the past decade for almost all the top investment names in the industry. Felix is principle of Bauer Capital the investment advisory of the family trust.
