Charles works for UBS in the Investment Bank and is Head of EMEA Real Estate, Private Funds Group. The team focuses on real estate private placements, providing private capital raising solutions for funds, joint ventures, co-investments, as well as strategic and restructuring advisory services. The team has raised over $48bn of equity from a mixture of institutional investors and private wealth.
Charles was previously at CBRE Capital Advisors in London where he worked on equity raising, fund recapitalisation, secondaries and M&A transactions. Prior to this, Charles worked as a Real Estate European Acquisitions Manager for New Star Asset Management.
