Grant Lonsdale

Grant is a senior market analyst at CoStar, based in Glasgow and responsible for covering the office, industrial and retail sectors across Scotland. His primary duties include producing market reports, videos and news content as well as presenting at industry events and engaging with CoStar’s client base. Grant graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2006 before working for an international financial services organisation for several years. He has been with CoStar for over a decade and is a member of the Society of Property Researchers.
