Tobias Schultheiß

Tobias Schultheiß FRICS SIOR is managing partner of Blackbird Real Estate GmbH, founded by him in 2011. Tobias qualified from European Business School with a degree in business administration (1997) and as a real estate economist (2001). Since 1997, he was responsible for sales activities on behalf of various national and international investors. He set up the investment department at Eureal and supervised several landmark transactions, which he led to a successful conclusion, at Colliers Schön & Lopez Schmitt GmbH.

With three decades of experience in the real estate industry, Tobias Schultheiß has established a network of national and international decision-makers. He has extensive experience in buying and selling advice, valuation, financing, pre-development and tenant representation. His personal track record of successfully closing individual asset and portfolio transactions totals more than € 3 billion.

As the “international desk” for NAI Partners Germany, he and his team are covering all in- & outbound real estate related requirements of the group. Just recently, Tobias was awarded NAI Global Impact Player of the Year.

Tobias Schultheiß is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and also their regional group leader Rhein / Main (RICS). Between March 2017 and December 2024, he chaired the competence group “real estate risk” at gif e.V. – the society for property researchers in Germany and since April 2020 he is member of SIOR – Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, where he currently serves as their Vice President. In addition to this, Tobias is best selling author of “100 real estate ratios.” Tobias Schultheiß is married and has two children.
