Thilo Wagner

As Director of Investment, Germany, at TIAA Henderson Real Estate, Thilo is responsible for asset management, acquisition and sale of assets in Europe, particularly within Germany and the Benelux.

Since joining the company in 2002, Thilo has provided valuable insight from over 15 years of pan-European property experience. He has grown and managed several funds and regularly advises the company’s German retail team, using his strong network of contacts. He is Fund Manager for the Core German Retail Fund and German Retail Income Fund.

Thilo holds a diploma in economics from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel and a Masters in Real Estate Economics.
