Tania Tsoneva

Tania Tsoneva leads CBRE Investment Management’s Global Infrastructure research capability.
Tania joined CBRE Investment Management in 2021 from S&P Global Ratings, a leading global credit rating agency. There, she was most recently a Director and Lead Analyst within the Infrastructure Ratings team with responsibility for some of the largest issuers globally within the toll road, airport and rail sectors. Throughout her 14-year tenure within S&P, Tania held a number of senior positions within the Infrastructure and Utilities team and served as the leading EMEA corporate hybrid specialist. In these roles she focused on credit risk assessment, client relationship and criteria development for a range of infrastructure companies, including U.K. and European regulated water and network companies, as well as merchant and renewable generators.
A native Bulgarian speaker, Tania started her career in corporate relationship management at ProCredit Bank (Bulgaria) JSC.
Tania earned a BSc in Business Administration and Politics and International Relations from the American University in Bulgaria, and an MBA from Bayes Business School. Tania has authored several articles on Infrastructure and ESG-related topics. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
