Sander Breugelmans

Sander Breugelmans is Senior Vice President, Head of Capital Deployment, Europe at Prologis. He oversees all capital deployment activities across the 12 European countries where the company operates, including land, development, acquisitions, dispositions and fund contributions. Prior to this, he served as Regional Head, Northern Europe, with responsibility for operations in Germany, Sweden, Belgium and the Netherlands. He joined Prologis in 2006 after working for real estate investment and advisory firms in the United States. He holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Utrecht University. He is RICS certified and has approximately 23 years of professional real estate experience.
