Rob Martin

Rob Martin is Director of Research for Real Assets at LGIM with responsibility for market research and strategy initiatives spanning direct real estate and infrastructure. He is a member of the Property and Private Credit Investment Committees and the Real Assets board. Rob joined LGIM in October 2006, prior to which he was Head of Research at Hammerson plc.
Rob is the Chair of the Investment Property Forum (IPF) Research Steering Group and a member of its Strategic Advisory Group. Rob has a degree in Economics & Economic History from the University of Warwick and is a CFA charterholder Division
