Rainer Nonnengässer

Rainer Nonnengässer (born 1963) is a Managing Director at MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Real Estate Consulting GmbH. He has more than 20 years experience in the real estate industry. After working at the investment company Union Investment, the trained banker held various management positions and board positions within the AXA Group since 1998.

From 2010 to 2013 Mr. Nonnengässer was CEO of YOUNIQ AG (one of the market leaders for student housing). He has directed all project development, asset management, sale & purchase activities and was in charge of ongoing improvement of operational processes and operational management of student accommodation sites. Mr. Nonnengässer was responsible for investor relations and institutional clients. Experience of development of 1,870 student apartments on 9 sites; approx. 3,000 units under management.
