Nicole Jürgensen, CFA, MRICS

Nicole Jürgensen started her career in commercial real estate finance over 20 years ago as a trainee for Rheinhyp Rheinische Hypothekenbank which was later merged into Eurohypo. Thereafter covering countries like Spain, Greece, and Turkey between 2006 to 2009, she was in charge of running the bank’s Latin American business. From 2009 through 2014, she took over as General Manager of Eurohypo’s branch in Madrid. Thereafter she held a senior position in real estate fiance focused on Germany to eventually start in July 2020 as Head of International Clients at Münchener Hypothekenbank eG. Nicole is a CFA Charterholder and a member of RICS
