Since 2012, Markus Beran has been Head of Origination International Investors at Berlin Hyp. He is responsible for the team originating new business for the bank with international addresses in Germany and in selected target markets abroad. Markus Beran is a real estate expert with extensive international experience and a substantial track record in commercial real estate finance. He has held various managerial posts in the sales and loan origination divisions at banks in Germany and abroad, including HVB in Poland and Hypo Real Estate (now pbb) in Spain, India and Singapore. Beran also worked as Director and Head of Financing Europe at LaSalle Investment Management in London.
