Julia Oravec

Julia joined BONARD in 2015. She leads the company’s alternative asset class division, while also holding an advisory role for the wider company operations. Her specialty lies within student housing and senior living, and she spearheaded the company’s expansion into both sectors. In her tenure with BONARD, Julia co-created a range of asset class-specific data collection methods and set new reporting standards that allow investors, fund managers, developers and operators assess opportunities with an unprecedented level of granularity. In addition to providing insight on more than 250 cities around the globe, Julia also oversees bespoke research projects aimed at greater understanding of both sectors.
