Jonathan Cantor

Jonathan is a partner in Dentons’ Corporate group with a particular focus on real estate assets.

He has a 20-year track record of advising on corporate transactions, in particular domestic and international structured corporate real estate acquisitions involving complex due diligence, and warranty and indemnity insurance issues. Jonathan focuses on structuring joint ventures for development and investment activities.

His experience also includes acting for institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds investing in real estate and infrastructure funds, advising them on fund terms, corporate governance issues, side letter terms and execution.

Jonathan acts for a range of clients including global and domestic institutional investors into real estate funds, private and listed property companies and family offices based in the UK and overseas. He has a wealth of experience on the acquisition of corporate vehicles holding real estate assets, leading transactions involving private companies, limited partnerships and unit trusts.
