European Outlook 2026 – Nordics Poul Schmith, Kalvebod Brygge 32, Copenhagen, 1560, Denmark | 09:00 - 11:30

The Nordic real estate market is one of the most liquid and transparent in the world, which is why it continues to attract significant interest from international investors. Geopolitical stability and a strong banking sector are added attractions. 2025 was a year of recovery and increased transaction volumes, while improved financing conditions have bolstered capital markets activity. What are the prospects for 2026?
Where are the best opportunities? Will the living sector in all its forms continue to be the dominant asset class? Will senior living and healthcare continue to be high on investors’ wishlists? What about student housing? How is the residential market performing? Market conditions vary in the four countries: Sweden and Finland have undergone price corrections in the last couple of years and present attractive entry points to investors, as the market has now stabilised and price growth is forecast in 2026. The real estate markets in Norway and Denmark, on the other hand, have seen significant growth and development. Copenhagen in particular is in expansion mode and continues to attract domestic and international buyers.
Logistics is the second asset class, just behind the living sector, and continues to see increased transaction volumes. A recent Colliers report shows that market conditions are strengthening across the Nordics as rental levels stabilise, new development slows and investors seek long-term cash flows and resilient risk-adjusted returns. Will the region’s strong economies, strategic location, advanced digital infrastructure and strong e-commerce drive the sector further in 2026? How important is the region’s focus on sustainability and low-emission transport?
These and other questions will be answered by our panel of experts at this time-efficient briefing. Attendance is free, but please register now to secure your place.
