John Krant

John Krant is Managing Partner of Salux Real Estate, the investment advisor and initiator of the Salux Senior Debt Bridge Fund, a Luxembourg based open-ended debt fund. Salux was launched in 2021 and focuses on high yielding first-ranked secured loans with short maturities of up to 12 months in German residential real estate. The fund exclusively provides senior-secured bridge loans with conservative LTV discounts and attractive yields. Combined with the senior securitization of these loans, the semiliquid strategy delivers a stable and very attractive risk-return-profile to its fund investors with very low correlation to other asset classes. Prior to initiating the Salux fund, John has worked at Deutsche Bank, UBS and Altrius.
