Janusz Dzianachowski

Janusz Dzianachowski is an attorney-at-law (radca prawny) and a partner in the Warsaw Real Estate Practice of Linklaters, one of the world’s leading law firms and a member of the Magic Circle. Janusz has over 15 years of experience in advising international and domestic corporations, investors and developers on major real estate transactions in Poland and in the CEE region.

Janusz advises international and domestic corporates, investors and developers on major real estate transactions in Poland and in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The transactions on which he has advised include acquisitions (including portfolio transactions and sale and leasebacks), property development, lease agreements (including for build-to-suit projects), due diligence projects relating to property acquisitions and joint venture structures for real estate investments. He has particular knowledge of the logistics, commercial and office space sectors.

Janusz regularly collaborates with the firm’s Banking, Projects and Construction teams on the real estate aspects of transactions ensuring that clients experience a seamless transaction from initial due diligence through deal structuring, tax advice, and the drafting and negotiating of transaction documents to deal completion.
