Henning Koch

Henning Koch has been the CEO of Commerz Real since May 2021. In this function he is responsible for real estate transactions, asset management, hospitality, asset structuring financial products and asset financing as well as group treasury. Henning Koch became member of the board of Commerz Real in April 2020. Prior to this he was Global Head of Transactions and responsible for all global real estate acquisitions and dispositions of the asset and investment manager.

Before joining Commerz Real in September 2017, Henning Koch lead the Acquisition & Sales Europe department at Credit Suisse Asset Management Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft in Frankfurt. The business and real estate economist started his career with Savills, working among others on cross border investment sales out of the Frankfurt and London office.
