Dr. Martin Bartlik, LL.M. (McGill)

Martin Bartlik is a Real Estate Partner of Taylor Wessing in Germany. Before joining Taylor Wessing Martin was already appointed as a judge among others in the chambers for banking and finance as well as for white collar crime. Today Martin practices as a lawyer and a civil law notary.

Martin is specialized in real estate transactions  and provides in particular legal advice to foreign clients in their expansion into the German real estate market. Further Martin has a strong focus on hotel transactions where he regularly advises banks, investors and hotel operators.
