Dariusz Forysiak

Dariusz heads up retail investment services as well as consultancy services including retail investment strategy advisory. He has over 20 years of experience on the real estate market including in-depth knowledge of retail investments, retail development, asset management and leasing.

Dariusz developed his career at various positions at IKEA Group in Poland, Sweden and Baltic States. Directly before joining Colliers he worked as the Acquisition Manager in IKEA Centres Polska. He was responsible for business development and company’s investment plans. As a member of IKEA development team, he analyzed property acquisitions involving both single buildings and company’s real estate portfolios, including the acquisition of Wola Park in Warsaw. He cooperated with companies such as: Blackstone, Ceetrus, Auchan, EPP, Imofinanz, INGKA, Caelum, Castorama, Acteum, Plaza Centers, MMG.
