Ben is a Partner in the Restructuring team specialising in the use of formal procedures to restructure businesses and groups, increasingly in cross-border situations. He is a Chartered Accountant and licensed UK Insolvency Practitioner.
In more than19 years with the firm, Ben has spent the last 11 years in corporate restructuring. His experience includes advising clients on restructuring options, including contingency/enforcement planning, taking appointments in formal insolvency processes, solvent business wind-down/closures and group simplification programmes.
In the last twelve months, Ben has advised a range of stakeholders in restructurings of real estate finance of greater than €12 billion.
