Arthur Tielens

Tielens, born in Maastricht, 14-08-1956, married with 2 children, lives in Amsterdam. He holds a master´s degree in law (LL.M.) from the University of Leiden, a master´s degree in real estate (MRE) from University of Amsterdam, School of Real Estate (affiliated with MIT ) and is Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). He is multi linguale and fluent in English, French, German and Dutch and has working knowledge of Spanish.

Under the flag of listed German real estate company PATRIZIA Immobilien AG, building up and establishing a new Pan-European logistics real estate platform to acquire, develop, operate and manage conventional, E-commerce and Urban logistics facilities with focus on “last-mile-delivery”. Target key European metropolitan markets and in-fill locations, air- & seaports sourcing stabilized assets, sale & lease back transactions and pre-leased developments with customers in cooperation with local partners.
