Prime Office, which converted to a G-REIT in 2011, has a €1bn portfolio of high-quality office property throughout Germany. Hr. von Cramm began his career at Deutsche Bank before moving to Morgan Stanley, and then helped establish Loyalty Partner, operator of the Payback customer loyalty and reward system. Stints at an SDAX-listed real estate firm and residential property firm followed before he joined Prime Office as CFO in 2007. He was instrumental in preparing its REIT flotation.
