Ben Segelman

Ben Segelman is European Head of Logistics and Data Centre Real Estate at Brookfield Asset Management.

In his role, Mr. Segelman oversees Brookfield’s logistics and light industrial real estate strategies across Europe, bringing extensive experience in fund management, strategic acquisitions, and full-cycle asset oversight, from acquisition through to disposal.

Prior to this role, Mr. Segelman led large-scale capital transactions and managed significant real estate portfolios and teams across the UK, Europe, and global commercial real estate markets. He is a seasoned property professional with a proven track record in the logistics and data centre sectors.
