Dirk Sosef joined CTP in 2022 as Head of Research & Strategy. Dirk was previously Research and Strategy Vice President for Prologis Europe, a division of the world’s largest industrial REIT and prior to this Head of Research at Cushman & Wakefield in Amsterdam.
Dirk is responsible for leading CTP’s research function and works closely with the Group’s regional teams to combine market data with local expertise, delivering actionable insights to secure a competitive advantage across its key markets.
