Dennis Köpp

Dennis Köpp can be referred to as the consummate professional with vast cumulative experience spanning over 15 years in the Construction Services sectors. He is highly proficient consulting for renovation, conversion, and up-cycling of industrial and commercial buildings, as well as delivering flexible workplace solutions. In his current position as a Director of Business Development for Korus Group in Germany, Dennis exhibits extensive experience garnered from working with all corporate levels, producing critical and high-level development coordination and workable solutions required for efficient management of various commercial real estate projects. He is attracted towards the provision of value engineering, ensuring that each development benefits from high-end technical solutions while meeting the financial goals of the project.

Prior to this role, Dennis held the position of Senior Project Executive at ISG, delivering on site fit-out projects for tier 1 companies in their sector, serving as coordinator for the project team, Health and Safety teams, Commercial and Procurement, Construction Managers, Design Managers, and subcontractors. Additionally, he was involved in biding, negotiations, customer relationship management and quality assurance.

His previous assignments include international Project Management roles in diverse multi–cultural environments, including Europe, the USA, Middle East and Australia, handling turn-key project executions, leading the development of corporate standards for the Real Estate Portfolio, or implementing standardization and agreements with key suppliers, among others.

Dennis currently lives in Frankfurt area, and in his copious spare time, enjoys being with his family, traveling and exploring new places, hiking, or learning about new developments in computer technology.
