Peter is the newly nominated Head of Industrial & Logistics for Colliers International EMEA region, based in Frankfurt. The Colliers EMEA team is part of the Colliers International Global I&L team with specialists across EMEA, Asia Pacific and the Americas. Peter is also the Head of Industrial & Logistics for Germany.
His team includes 110 Industrial and Logistics experts in 29 markets in the EMEA region.He coordinates the regional efforts of industrial experts presenting the EMEA team as one to clients and partners.
Peter is an experienced entrepreneur. He has over 16 years’ experience in in the field of tenant representation in the office and logistics sectors. In the German market his major focus was to help tenants to optimize their lease agreement without the need of relocation. Over the years he has gained a lot of market insight and experience, which has benefited the company in the acquisition process and his teams with complex challenges.
He has also been instrumental in launching new products such as on behalf of City Logistics and Strategic Site Search (working title).
