In the 20 years I’ve spent working in the commercial property industry, I’ve seen so many strategies revolve around hope rather than research. But in a market that gets more competitive year after year, the ‘build-it-and-they-will-come’ attitude doesn’t cut it anymore.
I founded Spaces to Places to solve problems and increase profits for commercial property owners and flexible office operators. We help make sense of research, placemaking, and marketing in the flexible workspace sector, helping clients to find their place in the market, secure leads, and grow revenue.
My career was built on a foundation of passion for commercial spaces and how people engage with them. I’ve spearheaded marketing for the first UK Business Improvement District, managed a retail property portfolio for Landsec, and ran property marketing campaigns across three continents as Marketing Director at JLL.
That experience was only ever going to lead to one place, though, and that’s the founding of Spaces to Places. We’re far more than just a marketing agency or placemaking consultant, we’re a strategic partner you can join forces with to turn your space into a place.
