Yuri joined BONARD in 2019 and leads the company’s senior living unit. He has been integral to BONARD’s expansion into the sector by spearheading the Senior Living Market Report series conducted in collaboration with MoZaïC Asset Management. As part of the series, two separate country reports on France and Germany were already released in 2020, while the UK edition will be released at the end of 2021. Yuri’s advanced skills and experience in applying various data collection and research methodologies allows investors, fund managers, developers and operators assess opportunities across the UK & Europe with an unprecedented level of granularity.
