Wojciech Koczara is a qualified legal advisor, a partner at CMS Poland and head of the CEE Real Estate & Construction Group. Since 1999 he has been advising domestic and international investors in relation to the purchase, sale and lease of commercial estates and the performance of development projects in Poland and beyond. Wojtek has recently advised Pradera on Polish aspects of EUR 900m acquisition of IKEA assets and REICO on its EUR 116m first investment in Poland (acquisition of Proximo I office building in Warsaw).
