Will Rowson

Will joined CBRE Global Investors (then ING Real Estate Investment Management) in 2003 as Director of European Fund Management. Between 2005 and 2008, he led the company’s Transaction Team in Continental Europe from the European headquarters in Amsterdam before being appointed CIO in 2008 with additional asset management responsibility. Will sits on the EMEA Executive Committee and is Chair of the European Investment Committee.
Will has 23 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, he worked for several large British real-estate and capital companies. He holds an Honours Degree in Estate Management from University of the West of England and is member of the RICS, ULI and IPF.
