Umut Ertan

Umut Ertan is founder and shareholder of RLI Investors – an independent manager for logistics property investments with registered office in Munich. Mr. Ertan has gained experience in industrial and logistics real estate since 1994 and has handled a transaction volume of over EUR 1.2bn for a variety of senior institutional and occupational clients.

RLI Investors develops bespoke solutions for institutional investors. An interdisciplinary team of eleven professionals already acquired 15 logistics properties in Germany with a volume of EUR 345 on behalf of RLI’s first logistics fund, RLI Logistics Fund – Germany I. Other assets currently undergoing their pre-acquisition audits will bring the investment volume up to a total of c. EUR 400 million.

Among the many investors who put their faith in RLI’s long-term experience, professional competence and extensive network are superannuation schemes, pension funds, insurance companies and banks. Within a short period, a broad-based market access in combination with high product availability has made RLI the leading German provider in the asset class of logistics real estate.
