Tom is part of CBRE’s leadership team for European Logistics investment, advising institutional investors to sell and acquire real estate across the continent. CBRE are market leaders in European Logistics investment brokerage and have been involved in over €40bn of logistics transactions over the last four years. Tom has been in commercial real estate for over 15 years, with the last 11 years focused exclusively on European logistics. In 2021, Tom led the sale and purchase of over €5bn of deals across 10 European markets.
