Tom Hartley

Tom Hartley is Managing Director of Carterwood, with over a decade of experience in the social care sector, specialising in elderly care homes and retirement living. He became Managing Director in January 2022 after working closely with the company’s co-founders for several years.

Tom has extensive expertise across advisory and analytics, supporting investors, operators, and developers with due diligence, bespoke reporting, and market analysis. He played a key role in the launch and growth of Carterwood Analytics in 2019, now used by hundreds of clients.
