As RICS President, Tim champions thought leadership across the profession through advocacy and engagement informed by over thirty-six years of international leadership and transaction exposure. Tim is passionate about talent and organisational development, and leverages his experience of driving this agenda across a broad range of public and private enterprises. He has delivered strategic leadership and operational programmes as President and CEO of CallisonRTKL, Global Director of Buildings at Arcadis, head of UK and European Regions at EC Harris, and as Secretary for the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitats. Tim also served on the RICS Global Regulatory Board from 2012-2017, and as RICS President Elect from December 2018 until taking up his current role
