Thibault Sartini
CEO of the Cluster New Countries, Orpea Group
Thibault Sartini was born in 1980 in Bondy (France).
After graduating with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Labour Law at Paris II Pathéon-Assas University in 2008, he obtained a Master’s degree in Medical and Hospital Management at ESCP Europe Business School in 2013.
He started his career in 2003 working in the field as a nurse, and subsequently entered Orpea Group in 2008 as Clinic Director, before being promoted to the position of Regional Director. In 2016 he was appointed CEO of Orpea Italy, becoming the youngest Country Director of the Group.
After only 3 years and the development of about 20 facilities, he confirmed his rapid professionnal growth when he was nominated in 2019, CEO of the Cluster New Countries, leading now 5 markets (among which: Italy, Poland, Latvia and China).
