Stéphane Theuriau

Stéphane Theuriau is President of Altarea Cogedim Entreprise and joint CEO in charge of commercial property and private equity of ALTAREA COGEDIM. He is in charge of managing and developing the Group’s commercial real estate business. In association with new financial partners, he is also responsible for creating and leading new investment structures, such as Altafund, a 600m euros discretionary investment fund. Mr. Theuriau joined Altarea Cogedim in 2009.
He has 12 years’ experience in this field with Morgan Stanley, where he first set up the firm’s Paris office of proprietary funds before going to London, where he was Managing Director in charge of real-estate investment activities in Europe. He then returned to France as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Compagnie La Lucette from 2006 to 2009.
