Stephan is responsible for the strategic management of a large retail portfolio and sourcing new investment opportunities in Germany.
His primary responsibility is providing investment and asset advisory services to the c.€1bn TIAA-CREF German Shopping Centre JV which owns three large German shopping centres.
He is a professional member of RICS and of the advisory board for the graduate degree programme Retail Property at the IRE|BS International Real Estate Business School. He also holds a MBA in International Real Estate Management and completed a post-graduate degree programmes for Retail Property Manager (IRE|BS/GCSC).
