Stefan Roost MRICS

Stefan lives in the Basel (Switzerland) region. After studying construction process management at Aargau University of Applied Sciences, he worked as an assistant to the management and project managers in the consultation of municipalities. Subsequently, he assumed different leadership functions in FM and CREM organisations in the retail and finance industry. In these roles he developed, reorganised and optimized corporate FM and CREM organisations. Apart from that Stefan successfully participated in a masters program (MAS Real Estate) at the University of Zurich and was elected to the board of RICS Switzerland. Today he is working for CBRE GWS as a Head of Program Management in charge of business development and corporate programs in CEE south.
