Simon is responsible for the investment and portfolio management activities of the Private Equity funds. He has over 25 years of real estate experience, completing over €3bn of transactions across Europe including direct investments, joint ventures, operating platforms, loan portfolios, corporate and debt restructurings. Before joining AEW Europe, Simon held positions in the real estate investment teams of GE Real Estate, Goldman Sachs and Exmoor Group.
