Severin Schöttmer is Director within Aareal Bank’s Special Property Finance division, based in Wiesbaden, Germany. Since joining Aareal Bank he has been responsible for the origination and structuring of commercial real estate investment and development loans within various international markets in Europe, North America and Asia/Pacific with a special focus on retail and logistics property finance. He has extensive experience in single-country asset loans, portfolio financings as well as cross-border financing structures.
