Sébastian Cavé

Grainger Deutschland is the German asset management arm of Newcastle-based property company Grainger, the UK’s largest listed housing firm with €3.1bn AUM, €2.3bn of that on its own books. Mr. Cavé joined the company in 2005 to help implement its European investment objectives and entry into Germany. Following the establishment of a JV partnership with Heitman in Germany, he is now joint MD of Grainger’s activities in the country. He previously worked as an analyst at Deutsche Bank in the M&A advisory team.
