Sean Briggs

Sean Briggs is Managing Director of Retail Agency in Eastern Europe in charge for the Colliers’ retail agency business across Albania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Greece, Hungary , Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia and the Ukraine.
Sean has 26 years of professional experience in the real estate sector in the UK and in Central Europe. He has worked in Poland since 1995 and is a widely recognized retail professional with outstanding industry knowledge reflected in the successful development and leasing of the most prominent retail and mixed-use projects in Poland. Before Colliers, Sean worked for AIG/Lincoln, ING Real Estate, the Central European Retail Property Fund, TriIDM and Cushman & Wakefield. Sean started his carrer in the London office of Healey & Baker.
