Sandro Fallani

Sandro Fallani was elected Mayor of Scandicci for the first time in 2014 and re-elected for a second term in May 2019.  Father of three children, Sandro Fallani was born on February 21, 1972 in Florence, and grew up and lives in Scandicci. Sandro graduated in Political Science, with a Master in European public procurement management. From 1998 to 2001 he was a European designer for small and medium-sized enterprises, from 2001 to 2005 responsible for H3G brand 3, from 2005 to 2009 he moved to Ericsson as Head of the Central Italy Area. In 1995 Fallani began his political and institutional experience as a Councillor in the District of the Piana di Settimo, where from 1999 to 2004 he held the position of Vice President. In 2004 he was elected to the Scandicci City Council, becoming its Vice President before taking up the post of leader of the Democratic Party. From 2009 to 2014 he was Councillor for Social, Education and Sport of the Municipality of Scandicci.
