Samuel is an International Research Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate (BNPPRE), a company he joined 14yrs ago. He is responsible for a team of real estate economist who provide economic analysis and real estate forecasts to support the activities of all the business lines within the company.
He has over 20yrs experience in commercial real estate research working across several companies in the UK and Continental Europe. He was also a former government Economic Advisor in the Department for International Development (DFID) in UK.
Samuel holds a PhD in International Economics and a member of the Counsellors of Real Estate in Europe
