Sameer Godbole

Sameer Godbole, Investment Director at Coima, has been active in the European real estate sector for over 15 years. At Coima he has been involved in investing capital for all the various funds managed by Coima. This involves investments in all the major asset classes, and investment strategies from core investments to value add and major regeneration projects.

Prior to Coima, Sameer worked at Tristan Capital Partners where he was responsible for sourcing and executing investments in Italy and invested over €1 billion in core plus and value add projects including office, logistics, retail and hotels. Previously at Tristan, Sameer worked on executing transactions across Europe with experience in UK, Nordics, Germany, and other European markets.

Sameer graduated with a degree in Economics from Boston University.
