Samantha Rowland

Samantha joined Savills in 1999. Prior to this, she worked in private practice and then specialised in Healthcare in 2003. She is a member of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors, an APC Assessor in Valuation and Commercial Practice and appointed a Fellow of the RICS in 2014. In addition, she chairs the RICS Trade Related Valuation Group.

Her experience covers valuation of a range of healthcare property assets in the UK including annual portfolio valuations, valuation and appraisal of healthcare properties for lenders, investors and operators nationally, including statutory bodies. Healthcare assets covered include primary care, long term care (elderly and specialist) and retirement living/housing with care.
