Salvi Cals

Salvi Cals is the Managing Director for Panattoni France.

He has been leading Panattoni’s French business since the opening of the Paris office in September 2021.

In his first years, Salvi has successfully built a team of 15 experienced industrial real estate professionals who share the same vision.

Under his leadership, the company has forged partnerships with key investors and established its presence in the market by rapidly launching the construction of more than 170,000 m² of state-of-the-art logistics buildings developed with an eco-sustainable approach. Besides, the team has secured more than 350,000 m² of operations in strategic locations. Panattoni France has become a key player in the French industrial property market.

Salvi benefits from 20 years’ experience in logistics real estate, including more than 10 years at Prologis, where he oversaw the Investment Services team in Southern Europe and then ran the Capital Deployment business in France. Previously, he was part of the cross-border valuation team at BNP Paribas Real Estate, leading appraisal projects in Europe for lenders, investment funds and corporates.

Salvi graduated from Sciences Po Paris in International Relations and Land Planning.
