Roland Holschuh
Member of the Management Board, Commerz Real AG
Since 2012, Roland Holschuh is a member of the Management Board of Commerz Real AG, a fully-owned subsidiary of Commerzbank AG. His responsibilities include real estate transactions, asset management as well as the areas of development, construction and research.
Until his transfer to Commerz Real, he had been with Commerzbank Group since 2009. Among other responsibilities, he was in charge of the consolidation of the international real estate portfolios of Dresdner Bank and Commerzbank, a key value driver within the framework of the merger of the two banks. Before he joined Commerzbank Group, Roland Holschuh worked as a strategic consultant at The Boston Consulting Group GmbH in the fields of real estate economy and Banks.
Roland Holschuh is a certified engineer for architecture and urban planning, who also holds degrees as a Master of Architecture (USA) and in real estate portfolio management (ebs).
