Robin Carr

Robin Carr is the Executive Director – Head of UK & Co-Chief Investment Officer at Aerium Finance Ltd. Robin successfully established Aerium in the UK market and has undertaken over £1.5bn worth of transactions since joining the company in 2009. Dealing with all aspects of acquisition, disposal and financing he was influential in moving the business up the risk curve from core to value-add. Along with leading the acquisition and asset management teams for the UK Robin also plays a key role in the business’s equity raising activities.  Previously, Robin was Head of Acquisitions for New Star Asset Management’s European property funds and also spent 10 years as Director at CBRE in the European cross-border investment team.
